Autonomy Books is accepting fiction submissions for its annual writing competition. Selected winners will receive full professional publishing services at no cost and will be published under the Autonomy Books imprint. This competition is designed for writers with strong ideas and well-developed stories, whether or not a full manuscript has been written yet.

What to Submit
No full manuscript required. We evaluate story quality, structure, and originality.
Logline *
One sentence describing the core of the story (max 200 characters).
Book Summary *
A back-of-the-book style summary (150–300 words).
Chapter Outline *
A chapter-by-chapter summary totaling 300–500 words, showing narrative progression and structure.
Writing Sample (Optional)
A short writing sample if you'd like to showcase your style (PDF or Word document).
Note: Full manuscripts will only be requested from shortlisted submissions.

For Non-Winning Submissions
Not all submissions will be selected. Non-winning entrants may receive an invitation to work with Autonomy Books at a discounted rate, but there is no obligation to do so. The entry fee is for competition evaluation only.
